The Wisconsin Living Well Project has released a new survey for Wisconsinites with developmental disabilities. The Living Well Project is a program by the Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities (BPDD) that seeks to improve health, safety, and community connections for disabled state residents who are eligible for long-term care. The survey, which takes only a few minutes to complete, will help the Living Well Project understand the specific needs of Wisconsin’s disabled community and target their efforts for maximum effectiveness.

The survey can be taken online at surveymonkey.com/r/BPDDLivingWell. A hard copy is also available for download at https://wi-bpdd.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Living-Well-Rights_Abuse-Neglect-Survey_12152021.pdf and can be sent to Sally.Flaschberger@wisconsin.gov.
