Information Packet
We have prepared a customized set of links to brief materials on FASD that are specific to each group of consumers below. These links will create a packet with a cover page that can be addressed by you personally and given to a provider, group, or individual who you believe will benefit from learning more about FASD. These links can be found at the top of each group page.
FASD-Informed Certificate
We offer the designation of “FASD-Informed Provider” and a certificate to individuals who complete 2 hours of online training on FASD and pass a brief test covering the basics of FASD. The test for each group can be found in each group’s page.
